"Such a warm, friendly and professional welcome. Paolo and Marco made us feel at home from the first moment we set foot in their exsquisite apartment in Albenga's historical centre. We sayed in the biggest of two (equally beautifully furnished) guest rooms, and enjoyed our talk with out two hosts at the end of the day. A stay at Marco and Paolo's place is definitely recommended!"

They made us feel comfortable and with kindness and sympathy they gave us several suggestions.
The excellent location of the B&B in the historic center, allows to reach on foot all the attractions and beaches.
The room and bathroom are clean, with attention to details.
In addition, they gave us the opportunity to leave our luggage and use the bathroom after the check-out, before leaving!
Smoking and meals are not allowed as specified on the site, so you can organize it differently.
We will stay here again!"

Paolo and Marco have been the most welcoming, hospitable, heart-warming and knowledgeable hosts one could hope for. The rooms in the magnificent building are comfortable, beautiful and practical and the individual bathrooms worthy of a 5* hotel. The breakfast vouchers for nearby cafes are a treat and their help with restaurants, places to see and go to have been personal and brilliant. And they are really cool guys - we had great fun when running into them several times in the town. Sleeping under the skilfully-lit ceiling paintings has been a dream."

"This B&B is a historic gem in the heart of Albenga. The room we were assigned was very nice and clean: falling asleep looking at the painted ceiling, is priceless! Exclusive bathroom off the very large room, with great bath products.
Great breakfast at bar in the center... And what about the guests? Marco and Paolo are two wonderful people:
excellent welcome, they made us feel welcomed and "at home"... It was a pleasure to chat with them!"

"Very warm welcome from Paolo and Marco, lovely hosts, in their wonderful house in the historic center
of Albenga. Room and toilet (for exclusive use right in front of the room) with attention to detail and extremely clean, as well as the rest of the apartment. Don't miss the ancient frescoes decorating the ceilings of the rooms, restored by the hosts themselves and whose story I had the pleasure of listening to.
There are two affiliated cafeterias where you can have breakfast: I was seduced by the one located in Piazza San Francesco which offers a very characteristic glimpse of this Ligurian gem. Alas, a train strike forced me to leave a day early, but if I were to return to Albenga, I have no doubts about where I would like to stay."

Fantastic welcome. Paolo and Marco are very nice and available to give all the information necessary for a successful stay in Albenga. The "Bruchino's Room" is not that large, but on the other hand the private outdoor bathroom is as large as the room and overall the space at your exclusive disposal is quite a lot.
In addition, the living room of the apartment which is still available if you need to work, for example with the PC. Exceptional location, especially if like me you are not particularly interested in the beach (however about 10 minutes walk) as much as getting lost in the alleys of old Albenga.
Breakfast is in agreement with two bars. Personally, I have only tested the "Caffè dell'Opera" passed with flying colors for the quality and friendliness of the staff. And especially for the focaccia to be eaten strictly for breakfast with cappuccino.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a beautiful location and completely renovated. We loved the interior and the hosts are super friendly! The bathroom was very large and the shower was great. Laura and I arrived hoping to find a comfortable spot in the historic center without any other expectations, but to our great surprise, we found so much more! Paolo and Marco, besides being two amazing people, truly love their work and you can tell right away. Paolo welcomed us by taking the time to act like a real tour guide (maybe more of a food guide 😂), immediately pointing out all the best places in the area to have lunch, dinner, or just relax with an aperitivo, not forgetting the most beautiful spots and alleys to check out. Their house is magnificent, just like the room we slept in: Beautiful, fragrant, with a huge window that not only makes it bright and airy but also overlooks one of the main streets of the historic center. On our last evening there, taking advantage of the fact that we had dinner in nearby spots, we also took a walk with Paolo and Marco where we chatted about this and that as if we had known each other forever… What can I say, thanks for the fantastic hospitality and for making us feel at home from the very first second! I hope we see each other again soon!
